You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Content, or to attempt to access any Content that is not intended for you. You may not alter any source code on this site including intentionally altering prices of items on the web site. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS does welcome feedback regarding many areas of JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS' existing business that will help satisfy customer's needs, and feedback can be provided through the contact form on the Site. You agree that any material, information, or data you transmit to us will be considered non confidential and non proprietary. For all Submissions, (1) you guarantee to us that you have the legal right to post the Submission and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity, and (2) you give JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS the royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, distribute, display and create derivative works from the Submission, in any and all media, in any manner, in whole or in part, without any restriction or responsibilities to you.

The information on the website is intended to provide corporate, product, or service information only and may not be used for any other purposes.
Personal Information
I promise that your name and e-mail address will NEVER be sold, rented, or divulged to any other entity. Your personal information (what you order, etc.) is only used to process your order. You can be sure that JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS will not be pestering you with a multitude of e-mails about sales or offers. I reserve the right to contact you (by phone or email) if there are any problems processing your order.
Additionally, JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS will be adding a monthly newsletter featuring new items that I am working on. You must sign up for it to receive it. Look for a link in all order confirmation emails or use the Contact Me page. I will only email newletters to those who are interested.
Relationship with PayPal
JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS is not affiliated with PayPal. I use PayPal as a vehicle for our customers to pay for purchases. I am not liable for what PayPal does or does not do. Any problems you have with PayPal must be taken up with PayPal. If you do not want to work with PayPal then do not purchase any of our products.
Web site security
This is not a secure web site. The contact form on this website uses the Email System to transmit data. The JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS website will not ask you for financial information. Therefore do not enter anything in the contact forms that are of a confidential financial nature such as credit card numbers or social security numbers. When you decide to purchase an item you will be directed to PayPal. The PayPal website is a secure web site and is able to handle the collection of sensitive data such as your credit card numbers. Again, when you are under PayPal's website I no longer have any control over the transaction. You are under PayPal's domain and subject to their rules. I do not guarantee anything about your experience with PayPal.
You will know that you are in PayPal's website because there will be a PayPal logo on each page. You will be directed from the JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS website to PayPal any time you click on the "Continue to PayPal" button. If you do not want to be directed to PayPal then do not click on that button.
Termination
JEWELRY ON THE ROCKS reserves the right to terminate the website at any time, at its sole discretion.
